SO WHAT’S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?
Country Manager
You are part of international team of Country Managers. As such, you build up and manage the individuals or teams of local sport data journalists - Scouts, who gather data directly from the sport venue in your area of responsibility. You are responsible for the operational implementation and coverage expansion to new sports and regions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English level
- Sport knowledge
- Team player but also able to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting,
- Reporting,
- Helping your scouts pass and complete the training,
- Make sure they apply for matches once they complete the training,
- Checking and replying to your scouts on their questions or requests.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Your goal should be recruiting 10 new scouts every 3 month, but this is not mandatory. You will have open hands with recruitment and you will be independent to work in your own time.
In case that you are not satisfied with your role, we can end the collaboration, with no penalties. In such case we will keep the recruited scouts and transactions to you will be ended as well.

PAYMENT METHODS:
The payment will be done monthly and to account of your choosing. The fee for each covered match by your recruited scout is 2,5 € per match.
On top of this you will be assigned to extra bonus payment when you reach certain number of confirmed scouts.

- total of 20 recruited scouts +0,5€ per match
- total of 40 recruited scouts +1€ per match
- total of 60 recruited scouts +2€ per match
